We got tired of hearing from dozens of training providers that they had no good way of measuring quantifiable outcomes once learners they served left their doors.

So, in partnership with the Colorado Evaluation and Action Lab at the University of Denver, we launched Colorado WORC, an initiative to do something about it. Here’s what we’ve done:
