CEEMI helps secure a randomized evaluation of Colorado’s Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Program

CEEMI facilitated a partnership between Actus Policy Research and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment to rigorously evaluate RESEA’s impacts on earnings and unemployment insurance use.

The Actus study, just funded by Arnold Ventures, is a large-scale randomized evaluation that will provide rigorous evidence on the program’s effectiveness and hopefully replicate the positive impacts on earnings and reduced unemployment found from a similar program in Nevada.
